CORE Myofascial Therapy, is a structural integration approach developed by George Kousaleos. First used in 1996 when the British Olympic team implement it for the Atlanta Olympic Games, CORE Myofascial Therapy worked so well, it’s now used as a form of “Prehab” in addition to being used in rehab. In 2004, 180 massage therapists were trained in the CORE method at the Athens Olympics.

Florida State University's football team has been benefiting from CORE Myofascial Therapy since 2011 along with six other sports. In 2016, XPE Sports began implementing CORE Myofascial Therapy for its top football prospects during NFL Combine Prep Training, Pro athletes during their offseason preparatory training. Many athletes worldwide have come to rely on CORE Myofascial Therapy and utilize its recovery and performance enhancing benefits to great success. But it doesn't just work for competitors – commuters, and office-workers who sit for long hours behind a desk or behind the wheel are seeing great benefit in pain-reduction through the CORE method as well.
